These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "Terms") apply to all purchases made through our website www.vkeller.com and govern the contractual relationship between you (the "Customer") and the brand operated by:

VKELLER, a micro-entreprise with registered office at 200, Rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, registered with the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés (RCS) of Paris under number 9400023300022, with VAT not applicable in France, article 293 B of the CGI. (hereinafter referred to as "we," "our," or "the Brand").

By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as by our Privacy Policy.

By using our website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract.
• You are making a genuine, non-fraudulent purchase.
• You will provide accurate and complete information during checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that appears suspicious, incomplete, or in breach of these Terms.

We design and produce fashion garments, with an emphasis on made-to-order pieces and limited production.

All product offers are subject to availability. In case of stock or production issues, we will inform you as soon as possible and issue a refund if necessary.

1. Size Selection: Go to our product page and select your desired size.
2. Add to Cart: Click on the buttons.
3. Checkout: Confirm your shipping and billing information and proceed to secure payment.
4. Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance.
5. Process Updates: You will receive emails sharing updates on the making of your dress.
6. Shipping Confirmation: The order is accepted and finalized upon issuance of the shipping confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of:

• Obvious error in price or product description;
• Unavailability of materials;
• Suspicion of fraud or misuse.

Delivery Timeframe

For made-to-order and pre-order items, please allow 8 to 14 weeks from the date of order to the date of delivery. This timeframe includes both production and shipping.

We will notify you once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders, regardless of destination.

We currently ship worldwide, except in cases of force majeure or legal restrictions in the destination country.

Customs duties may apply outside the EU, at the customer's expense.

All prices are listed in euros and other currencies and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free of charge.

Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept:

• Credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
• PayPal
• Other methods as displayed at checkout

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. If payment is declined, your order will not be processed.

In case of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

You have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

To exercise this right:

1. Contact us at victor@vkeller.com within 14 days.
2. Return the product in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
3. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

If the item you receive is defective or does not conform to your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at victor@vkeller.com.

In such cases, we will either repair, replace, or refund the item, and cover the associated return shipping costs.

All products benefit from:

• The legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code)
• The guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code)

These guarantees apply for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery. They do not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

All content published on the website (texts, images, designs, logos, etc.) is the exclusive property of the Brand or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

We process your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and French Law No. 78-17 (Informatique et Libertés).
