Shipping from Paris
All VKELLER garments are carefully prepared and shipped from our atelier in Paris, France. Each piece is inspected, steamed, and packaged with care before dispatch.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Estimates and Shipping Costs
Shipping is operated via DHL Express. Delivery times and costs vary by destination:

These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or unforeseen circumstances. VKELLER is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
Shipping Costs at Checkout
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout based on your delivery destination. The price shown at checkout is the final price, there are no hidden fees.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are displayed during checkout to avoid surprises upon delivery.
Within the European Union, no customs duties apply. VAT is included in the displayed price for EU customers.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@vkeller.com.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to France, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Asia Pacific (Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore), Oceania (Australia, New Zealand), and the Middle East / GCC (UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia). For destinations outside these zones, please contact us at contact@vkeller.com to arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to restrict shipping in cases of force majeure, legal restrictions, or carrier limitations.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@vkeller.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours of receipt.
