These Terms of Sale ("CGV") govern all purchases made on www.vkeller.com and constitute the contractual agreement between you (the "Customer") and:

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Sale without reservation.

1. Products

VKELLER designs and sells luxury fashion garments. Our collections include dresses, tops, and skirts crafted from premium fabrics, primarily silk and other natural fibres. Products are produced in limited quantities and are available as ready-to-wear. A made-to-order service is also available for custom colorways and made-to-measure requests.

Product photographs are as accurate as possible but may not perfectly render colors or details due to screen variations. Minor differences do not constitute a defect.

All products are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability after your order has been placed, we will inform you promptly and offer a full refund.

2. Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency corresponding to your region. All prices include applicable VAT where required. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

VKELLER reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of the order.

3. Ordering

To place an order:

  1. Select your size and add the item to your cart.
  2. Review your cart and proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter your shipping and billing information.
  4. Confirm and pay for your order.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful payment. The sale is considered final upon issuance of the shipping confirmation.

VKELLER reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or material unavailability.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept the following payment methods through Shopify Payments:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Shop Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

All transactions are processed securely and are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant. VKELLER does not store your payment card details.

5. Delivery

Orders are dispatched from Paris, France, typically within 1 week of payment confirmation. Delivery estimates:

  • France: 2–3 business days
  • European Union: 3–5 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4–6 business days
  • United States & Canada: 5–8 business days
  • Asia & Oceania: 6–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–12 business days

Tracking information is sent by email once the order has shipped. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are displayed at checkout.

VKELLER is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the item, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at contact@vkeller.com within the 14-day period.

The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. VKELLER covers return shipping only for defective or non-conforming items.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

VKELLER reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

7. Legal Guarantees

All products sold by VKELLER benefit from:

  • The legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the French Consumer Code): applicable for 2 years from delivery.
  • The guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code): applicable for 2 years from discovery of the defect.

If a product is found to be defective or non-conforming, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@vkeller.com. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund, and cover the associated return shipping costs.

These guarantees do not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

8. Liability

VKELLER shall not be held liable for any indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

VKELLER's total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

9. Force Majeure

VKELLER shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, pandemics, or government measures.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, photographs, text, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of VKELLER and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

11. Personal Data

VKELLER processes your personal data in compliance with the GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and French data protection law. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. You may also:

  • Refer the matter to a consumer mediator in accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
  • Use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
  • Submit the dispute to the competent courts in Paris, France.

13. Amendments

VKELLER reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes will not affect orders already placed. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of the order.
